Services
The management services we provide are individually suited to the property and the needs of our clients. Some owners prefer to have “hands on” involvement while others want us to take care of everything.
We do the following as part of our full service property management:
• Source and select Tenants
• Negotiate lease renewals.
• Bill and collect Tenant rent
• Negotiate lease agreements.
• Arrange for payment of all operating expenses after obtaining owners’ approval for amounts over predetermined limits.
